Welcome!
Self-Mummas is our 6 week strength based program for building strong bodies and minds with like minded Mums and their bubs.
This 6 week training block is created for mums who are looking for a supportive community to regain body confidence whilst building strength through functional exercise that’s tailored to your post partum needs. This class is suitable to attend with your baby alongside you or on your own.
The program will focus on a full body workout each week with progressive options utilising weights and resistance based training methods.
Each session runs for 45mins and will be modified to suit your existing fitness level.
We have created two session times to suit (hopefully) nap schedules and age of your little ones. Please note the session times and age guidelines so if you have a question about the suitability for yourself and bubs please reach out.

Investment for 6 weeks: EARLYBIRD $149 (ends 17/09/24 or until fully booked), then $170
Limited places are available, a maximum of 6 participants (plus babies) each session. This program is designed as a progressive block of training to maximise benefits. We can arrange a make up session in our regular classes should you miss a session. This program is non-refundable or transferrable. By signing up to this program you have been cleared by your health care professional to attend group classes.
